Matt Krayton | Founder & Principal

Matt is the Founder of Publitics. He provides counsel to campaigns at the local, state and federal levels as well as to clients in the private and public sectors.  Most recently, Matt worked on special projects during the 2020 presidential campaign including having helped create President Joe Biden's viral "We Just Did" hat.

He also served as an adjunct professor in Centenary University's Business Department, teaching in their first-of-its-kind social media program. Prior to founding Publitics, Matt worked at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s PublicMind Poll and later taught freshman seminar for political science students and in the Law in the Liberal Arts program as an adjunct instructor.

Henry de Koninck | Principal

National award-winning political consultant Henry de Koninck has served as a campaign manager and lead strategic consultant for Democratic campaigns throughout the United States. His experience includes serving as chief campaign strategist for U.S. Rep. Nita Lowey of New York, Mayor Sean Spiller of Montclair New Jersey, and was the architect behind Upendra Chivukula’s 2014 congressional campaign.

De Koninck is the winner of numerous awards for excellence in political campaigning including a 2017 AAPC Pollie Award for Direct Mail, a 2013 Campaigns and Elections Magazine Stanley F. Reed Award for the best automated call in the country, and was named to Politicker NJ’s “ 40 under 40” for 2015.

Eisha Misra | Chief Strategist

Eisha Misra is a seasoned professional with an impressive track record of leading digital engagement and mobilization efforts for government agencies, presidential and down-ballot campaigns, state and national party committees, and non-profits.

As a political appointee in the Biden-Harris administration, Eisha served as the Digital Engagement Director at the Department of Labor, overseeing the online presence of the Secretary of Labor, from policy rollouts to 1:1 audience engagement. Prior to her public service, she played a pivotal role in the success of the President's primary and general election campaigns as the Northeast Digital Organizing Director. Originally from New Jersey, Eisha now lives in Washington, D.C. with her fiancé and their rescue pup.

Sam Liebman | Director

Sam Liebman is an experienced Political Campaign Consultant, having worked over seven consecutive campaign cycles since 2013. Most recently she was the strategist behind Democrat Fran Ritter's upset victory for a seat on the Wayne Town Council (NJ) and served as a field organizer for Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill's (NJ-11) 2018 campaign.

Sam has deep experience in all facets of campaigns including grassroots organizing, development of creative and social and digital strategy. Most recently, Sam was named to InsiderNJ’s 100 Top Millennials in New Jersey Politics list.

Jennica Sims | Director

Having a decade of experience in policy and politics, Jennica has a diverse background in both the public and private sectors. She has deep familiarity with high-profile frontline congressional races up and down the Northeast and MidAtlantic region, presidential draft campaigns, healthcare policy work, strategic planning, development and involvement in political action committees, and, most recently, technology policy in the US and EU.

Jennica graduated from Lynchburg College in Virginia and is currently working toward her Master’s in Public Policy and Administration at Northwestern University. She resides in Washington, DC where she continues to advocate on and off The Hill.

Brian M.P. McGlinchey | Senior Advisor

Brian McGlinchey is a founding partner of The Westport Maven Group, a boutique public affairs strategy and consulting firm headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware with offices in Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

His experience on the federal, state and municipal level has proven invaluable to clients seeking strategic counsel whether they are a multi-million dollar company or a new start-up. A former managing director for McCarter Government Solutions and senior advisor at McCarter & English, LLP, the second oldest law firm in the U.S., he advised clients on matters ranging from regulatory compliance to issue advocacy to public policy communications.

Previously, Brian served on senior staff as the Projects Director for Joe Biden during his time as United States Senator.
