The Challenge

An innovative startup needed to develop a strategic roadmap to help position their in the marketplace and understand whether the key value proposition of the technology resonated with potential customers.   

The Approach

We developed and executed a market research project to help the startup get inside the minds of their potential customers, while using that information to position the company's executives as thought leaders in the space.  Further, we worked with leadership at the startup to develop and extensive messaging roadmap.  

The Results

The survey generated targeted press in important outlets, inserting the startup into the broader conversation, while providing the insight needed to effectively navigate the competitive landscape.
